Shipping & Returns |
We provide the most cost effective method of shipping available for our
products. The shipping method may vary depending on the destination.
All products as processed. All efforts are made to ship the products in
the most timely manner. If an item is not in stock at the time an order
is placed or processed, the item will be shipped as soon as it arrives
in the warehouse.
Shipping and handling fees are noted on this website at the time of
checkout. If the situation should arise that the product and/or
destination require additional shipping charges the customer will be
notified prior to shipment of the products.
Returns are accepted only with an RMA number (returned merchandise
authorization number). The return procedure is described below.
Returns on items noted as CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE will not be accepted.
Returns for www.mistersafety.com store purchases as follows:
The procedure must be started within 15 days of receipt of shipment
1. You must email returns@mistersafety.com explaining the reason for the return.
2. You will be emailed back a RMA number.
3. You must send back the original product with original packaging in
the condition as received to the address provided with the RMA number.
You must attach a copy of the email containing the RMA number sent by
Mister Safety Inc. as well as a copy of the original receipt or invoice
shipped with the product.
4. Product must be in original packaging and condition as received.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. For special orders or large items a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Returns for ebay auction purchases as follows:
The procedure must be started within 48 hours of receipt of shipment
1. You must email returns@mistersafety.com explaining the reason for the return.
2. You will be emailed back a RMA number.
3. You must send back the original product with original packaging in
the condition as received to the address provided with the RMA number.
You must attach a copy of the email containing the RMA number sent by
Mister Safety Inc. as well as a copy of the original receipt or invoice
shipped with the product.
4. Product must be in original packaging and condition as received.
